【摘要】:Colormeasurementquantifiesthetransmittedcolorforglass.Theuserdefinesanacceptablerangeofcolorappropriatefortheenduse.Atypicalqualityconcernfortransmittancecolormeasurementofglassproductsisverificationoflot-to-lotcolorconsistencyforend-useracceptance.Ifthetransmittedcolorofaglassproductisconsistentfromlot-to-lotandwithinagreedsupplier-buyeracceptancecriteria,theproductx2019;scolorisexpectedtobeconsistentandacceptableforend-use.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidelinesfortheinstrumentaltransmittancemeasurementofthecolorofcoatedanduncoatedtransparentglass.SeeTerminologyE284.1.2Thepracticespecificallyexcludesfluorescentandiridescentsamples.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
