【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61756coversgeneralinformationonthesubjectoffibremanagementsystem(FMS)interfaces.Itincludesreferences,documentstructuredetails,definitionsandtherulesunderwhichaFMSinterfaceiscreated.Thisinterfacestandarddefinesafibremanagementsystemwhichispartofanopticalnetwork.Itprovidesfacilitiesforthedirectexchangeofopticalsignalsbetweentheincomingandoutgoingfibreopticcables.Inordertocomplywiththestandard,theopticalfunctionality,physical,geometricalandmechanicalrequirementsshallbemet.Thesefacilitiescomprisefunctionalandinstallationaspectsforfibresorribbonslikestorage,fibrerouting,identification,interconnection,reconfiguration,applicationofpassiveandactivecomponents,protectionandtraceability.Thefibremanagementsystemallowsdifferentdegreesofphysicalseparationofopticalcircuits.Thisisinordertoreducetheriskofdisturbingothercircuitsthatdonotbelongtothesamegroupastheonesthataretobemanipulated.Dependingonthegrouping,guidingandsplicingofthefibresfromincomingandoutgoingcables,thefibremanagementsystemcanbeasinglecircuit,asingleelementoramultipleelementmanagementsystem.Singlecircuitmanagementdescribesamanagementsystemwhereoneormorefibresofacableelementaresplicedand/orstoredinindividualtrays.Singleelementmanagementdescribesamanagementsystemwhereallfibresofacableelementaresplicedand/orstoredinindividualtrays.Multipleelementmanagementdescribesamanagementsystemwherefibresfrommorethanonecableelementaresplicedand/orstoredinindividualtrays.Thefibremanagementsystemshallbeindependentfromonespecificapplicationorhousing.Itisdesignedinawaytoallowtheuseforseveralapplicationsindifferenthousings,e.g.asinglecircuitmanagementsystemcanbeusedinaclosure,enclosureandopenrack.Thisspecificationisrelatedtobothsinglemodeandmultimodefibres.Tofulfilthementionedfunctions,afibremanagementsystemisnormallyintegratedinanenclosure,e.g.aclosure,caseorcabinetoritispartofanopenaccesssystemlikeanopticaldistributionframeorrack.
