【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesmeasuringmethodsforpowerlossandamplitudepermeabilityofmagneticcoresformingtheclosedmagneticcircuitsintendedforuseathighexcitationlevelsininductors,chokes,transformersandsimilardevicesforpowerelectronicsapplications.Themethodsgiveninthisstandardcancoverthemeasurementofmagneticpropertiesforfrequenciesrangingpracticallyfromd.c.to10MHz,andevenpossiblyhigher,forthecalorimetricandreflectionmethods.Theapplicabilityoftheindividualmethodstospecificfrequencyrangesisdependentonthelevelofaccuracythatistobeobtained.Themethodsinthisstandardarebasicallythemostsuitableforsine-waveexcitations.Otherperiodicwaveformscanalsobeused;however,adequateaccuracycanonlybeobtainedifthemeasuringcircuitryandinstrumentsusedareabletohandleandprocesstheamplitudesandphasesofthesignalsinvolvedwithinthefrequencyspectrumcorrespondingtothegiveninductionandfieldstrengthwaveformswithonlyslightlydegradedaccuracy.NOTEItmaybenecessaryforsomemagneticallysoftmetallicmaterialstofollowspecificgeneralprinciples,customaryforthesematerials,relatedtothepreparationofspecimensandprescribedcalculations.TheseprinciplesareformulatedinIEC60404-8-6.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresfordetectingthepresenceofporosityinaprotectivepaintsystemofanythicknessonasteelorothermetallicsubstrate.TheproceduresgiveninthisInternationalStandardarebasedonmethodsusingtwodifferenttypesoftestequipment,thechoiceofequipmentdependingonthedryfilmthickness.Theseproceduresareonlyapplicabletothetestingofelectricallynonconductivepartsofapaintsystem.Thetestmethodsspecifiedaremainlyintendedforusewithnewcoatings,butcanalsobeusedforcoatingswhichhavebeeninserviceforsometime.Inthelattercase,itisimportanttobearinmindthatthecoatingmighthavebeenpenetratedbysubstancesincontactwiththecoatingduringservice.
