【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthelossinmassat105℃ofgreencoffee.Itisapplicabletodecaffeinatedandnon-decaffeinatedgreencoffeeasdefinedinISO3509.Thismethodofdeterminingthelossinmasscanbeconsidered,byconvention,asamethodfordeterminingthewatercontentandcanbeusedassuchbyagreementbetweentheinterestedparties,butitgivesresultswhicharelower,byabout1,0%,thanthoseobtainedwiththemethoddescribedinISO1446(thismethodservesonlyasareferencemethodforcalibratingmethodsofdeterminingthewatercontent).
