【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrol,ongeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,floortypeboringandmillingmachineswithhorizontalspindle.Thesetypesofmachinetoolaredefinedin3.1ofISO3070-0:1982.ThispartofISO3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.Thesemachinescanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypescorrespondinginmostcasestofigures4(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle),5(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandwithfacinghead)and6(spindleheadwithramormillingram)ofISO3070-0:1982.ItshouldbenotedthatthispartofISO3070concernsmachineswhichhaveamovementofthecolumnorcolumnsaddleonthebed(X-axis),averticalmovementofthespindlehead(Y-axis),amovementofboringspindleorram(Z-axis)andpossiblyafeedmovementofradialfacingslideinthefacinghead(U-axis).Somemachinesalsohaveanintermediatesaddlehavingslidewaybetweencolumnandbedtoachieveadditionalmovementofthecolumnparalleltothespindleaxis(W-axis).ThispartofISO3070alsoincludesthework-holdingfixedtable,anindependentbutnecessarypartofthemachineasdefinedinISO7572.ThispartofISO3070dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingoftherunningofthemachine(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
